Delivery coordination in Ukraine
For partner-led and project deliveries, we can arrange receiving, equipment records, order preparation and shipment allocation. Import logistics and customs clearance are coordinated with a broker within separately defined responsibilities. Before work starts, we identify the responsible parties, acceptance criteria and required records, including serial-number lists and reports.
Support after handover
Planning the equipment package is also the time to consider service and maintenance, consumables and spare parts. For refrigeration equipment, validation and temperature mapping can be assessed separately. This connects procurement with ongoing operation.
