- Coordinate supply. We agree delivery, receiving arrangements and supporting documents.
- Support commissioning. Installation, setup, checks and user instruction are included according to the agreed scope.
Before an order, we define what will be supplied, each party’s responsibilities, warranty terms and ongoing support. This helps you plan for both procurement and equipment use.
Technical support after delivery
Service and planned maintenance cover diagnostics, agreed repairs, setup and component-related work. For refrigeration equipment, we provide temperature validation and mapping. Tasks and deliverables are defined for the particular model and operating conditions.

We work with public and private institutions, manufacturers and project teams. Our experience includes international and humanitarian programmes where delivery coordination and documented project stages are important. We do not publish client identities or their project details.
